Last Tuesday, calories/carbs was 2070/252.77 Today, calories/carbs was 1785/147 Nice reduction on both. Time to get the carbs under 100 grams. Not bad for 11 hours in an off-site location upgrading computers. Planned ahead and had a salad for lunch and dinner.

Two conference calls totaling 4 hrs kind of annoyed me and I almost threw in the towel to get some yummy high sodium Chinese food but I tufted it out. Drove home and ate a salad and had a beer. Close call. Good night all. Another day off site ahead. Wish me luck. Thanks everyone.

Thanks. Off to a good start today. Breakfast today was 340...even better than yesterday. I didn't bring lunch because I am returning to my main hub(office) tomorrow and want to eat out. Will stick to a salad with clear dressings and or veggies and some protien. Wish me luck!
