Thanks it was 800 calories but I had only had 400 so it worked to stay under my daily rdi plus I did check my sugar 2 hrs after and it stayed under 180 perfect for me low glycemic and that was my last meal before my 17 hr fast. This was at 6:30 pm 4 hrs before bedtime as well.

Don't really love green beans but they are so good for you especially for diabetics so I'll be eating it more often.

I love them. Just a thought get them fresh and stir fry in a hint of oil. Salt garlic. Maybe some bacon crumbles. Awesome.....

Andrew I did do that plus I added butter haven't tried tge bacon that sounds good will be doing next time.
