Yesterday was a struggle and I made some. . .interesting choices. But even though I thought I had flubbed it, I didn't give up and stuff myself with carbs, which was a good thing. Despite it all, I had a little loss today (I only post weight on Mondays, but I weigh daily.) I really feel good about how this is going. My goal for next week is to add a little more exercise on top of my daily dog walks.
