new beginnings2014 's Journal, 08 March 2014

Okay tonight I made a roast, these really good petite green beans (frozen) and mashed potatoes. I love mashed potatoes and this was the first time I have made them since I started dieting. I did really good and didn't cheat. I had my serving size of the roast and instead of a half cup of green beans I had 1 cup. Which was only 60 calories and didn't think it would hurt any since vegetables are healthy for you. I do on the other hand still feel hungry. It's gotten better since I started but hey its been years and I know I've made my stomach grow big by over eating. I have to say I feel WAY more energetic and I've been able to get a lot of things done around the house that I've been waiting to get done for months but haven't had the energy. I have to say eating good does make a HUGE difference.

Congrats. Since I started going to Curve's to exercise I have a lot more energy and I have been eating healthier too. I had my first egg substitute omelet with spinch mushrooms and broccoli it was pretty good.
