LadyT, I cut the tangerine into slices instead of peeling them apart like usual. It did make them even juicier!

When I first saw this photo, I wondered how long it would take for someone to start admonishing you for eating fructose, refined sugar and starch, and "processed food". We really could do without those comments.

LaughingC, I have since learned Evelyn is a teenage Newby so I'm cutting her some slack 😀 Evelyn, if you stick with Fat Secret you will come to learn there are many Ways of Eating on here. My approach is to try to eat healthy most of the time with a few treats thrown in. As a teenager, you should educate yourself on which foods you can eat a lot of and which foods you can still eat, but in moderation. If you in fact eat a lot of cookies or other snack foods you are on the right track to cut back on those. I wish you success in your endeavor!
