I decided to change my Diet from Atkins to my own, I was not really following the Atkins program the way you should. So I am going to do a low Carb Diet but my own. I do and feel better on lower Carbs. I am a person that needs fruits and all veggies in my routine though, and it makes things easier at home to make family meals.
