Thanks for the comments Lori and Wendy. I used the eliptical in the hotel--very, very odd body mechanics so I'll choose another machine today. One day down, two to go for my commitment to work out every day while here. Interesting that I'm stalled in weight loss but the truth is, I'm not too unhappy with my current weight and what I can eat to maintain it. I see what I do--go from 135 to 158--back and forth, back and forth. The high number scares me, the low one makes me overly confident. I am grateful that my 'pain point' is there and that I won't allow myself to go for a long, long time out of control.
