Well, I got home from the hospital and dad is in. I don't think he was over joyed with it, but I am hoping they can help him with some of his issues. My mom and I met up with a friend for dinner at Applebees. After being below points for the last two days I went over tonight. I thought I did well though. Not too far off course. Only 5 points over. I got the Portabella Steak for 7 points and then we got a chocolate meltdown dessert and split it 3 ways. I included it in my food diary. and I also had a light beer after my stressful day.
Not bad overall I thought. I am now going to go upstairs and walk for 1/2 hour on the treadmill. By the way, the Portabella Steak was very good!
Tomorrow I work again, so it will be a simple lunch and a lighter dinner. I wanted to go a little high today to mix it up a bit. I am pleased and I enjoyed a dinner with mom and our friend too.
