Thanks for the support. I believe so. I just keep indulging in sweets because I feel anxious a lot. Got a new job. And I know I will be motivated to do something else and stay out of the fridge.

You don't have to cut out sweets completely ❤️ they're good once in awhile! I have no advice on how to moderate them though 🤔 we're all going to slip up at some point so just remember that and don't beat yourself up. Congrats on your new job! I hope you kill it.

Whatever it takes! I had to start over again myself, as my mentally did not take the pandemic very well and all the forced changes that came along with it. We are here to support you all the way <3

Sweets to me are like crack. I have such a terrible sweet tooth. I can't have any of it and maybe never. I can have the sugar free stuff but not doing that right now. It's a trigger.

Everyone has their trigger foods. For me it's nuts. If I start eating nuts, I cannot stop myself! And they stall my weight loss for a couple of days after. So annoying!
