So glad to be asked to join the Start the New Year Off right challenge. Found it in the nick of time.
Have to go do 16 minutes on the Nordic - so I won't be behind.
I have completley fallen off the wagon the last couple of days. Don't know why. No reason - it makes me mad that I have been eating everything in sight. I have not had this problem since joinging ww. until last 3 days. If I want to ruin the diet plan it should be on food I really want not just what is there.
Will be glad when everyone back to work and back to a normal routine.
Have been swimming- but it has been way too HOT! Found out that the hot pool had to close for repairs so they are keeping big pool hotter - hopefully this won't last long. Or will have to find other option.
Can make tons of excuse for the diet and not exercising. But I am only kidding myself. I need to do it -not matter what.
Again Thanks to Sherri for the challenge -it will defineatly help the next couple of days while I am traveling.
