A drop of 800 gr since last week. That's not as low as yesterday but still not a bad start. I've been following my plan very carefully, not going outside the 8 hour window and consequently finding it easy to stay within RDI. I just need to keep going like this - motivation is high at the moment so it shouldn't be too hard.
