Ok another drop, Super :-) I followed my woe yesterday except I did eat more seeds (pumpkin, sunflower & some walnut pcs) at night which I am trying to avoid. I had an errand to run this morning at 7 so didn't get my bike ride in (yet) before it got too HOT. So I'm going to try to go this evening when hopefully, it cools off. I was also going to the grocery store this morning but when I drove by there seemed to be more cars than I would have liked so I'll wait until 7 AM tomorrow morning and go when there is only very few people shopping. I had issues sleeping again last night. So I watched some mindless TV & sort of fell asleep for maybe an hour on and off but I think I got some rest plus I can take a nap today sometime....gee, maybe I'll go take that nap right now! Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & take care to ALL :-)
