My gym. Walked 100 lbs of sand on my shoulders over 100 ft x 3 trips #BEASTMODE I let the 18 year old use the wheelbarrow with 200 lb loads (not bad for someone who weighs 132 lbs) I blamed this, mixing and pouring concrete, for why I was a little piggy with the food yesterday (Lies!!! I ate and own it) Two more days of this ahead but I will cut back a little on the carbs and see if my energy suffers. Onward
