Giving my self a Break Ride today, 13 mi, short, easy pace, after Riding 4 strong days in a row. I made my 100 mi for the week, but hope to Ride long ride tomorrow to round off week. After a week of hard work, averaging about 1,000 cal deficit per day, I probably lost a few pounds, because my body is hungry. I can tell it wants it back already. This is the dynamic of fat loss. The body always wants it back. The body knows it is burning reserves, fairly quickly. That goes in my book.
