I had wanted to weigh in once per week, but decided to try another weigh in this morning, since I keep the scale right in front of me, under my desk.
I was more than pleasantly surprised! I had commented to my wife last night that I thought I was losing inches -- down one belt loop.
I also know that if I were to weigh myself again tomorrow, I could just as easily gain that weight back! This is a journey, not a destination.
So far, so good, but there is a long way to go -- and no hurry!!

Diet followed reasonably well.
