I found comfort in food rather then expressing my stress or pain. After losing friends, moving away from my family. Now it seems my excuses over the years are just become normal. I eat because I am stressed, I am stressed because I eat. Doesn't that sounds ironic. Well as we are getting closer to the end of the year plus with my 25th birthday being only 4 months away. Now is my last chance to get it in gear and drop the weight. I am currently 207 lbs my goal is to be at 140 lbs by March 26, 2013. Wish me luck all and stay tuned.
