Greetings - it would be a "normal" reaction for any person to feel some sadness when not working. Reframe the time off as a gift to perhaps think about the path you want to take now, exercise at something brand new, read the books you never had time to read, prepare for Holiday celebrations you may honor. You are a creative and smart woman and your mind and body need to stay busy!
