Today was a good day. I haven't lost any weight, but I was losing rapidly, so not so bad I suppose.
Breakfast: two scrambled eggs w/ cheese, mushroom, onion, and red pepper
snack: string cheese!
lunch: cottage cheese
dinner: steak w/ steamed veggies
Walked the pup for an hour and now I need to go work on my tummy!
