yes diddlee but you must stay down as close to zero carb and lots of fat for that to work. and yes it is easy to go without always worrying about what to make or what calories you are at. exercising is a definite asset. but I do love the freedom.

baskington Me too. Spent 4500 cal, and ate 1200. Think it's due to being well fed by lactate and body fat.
