Fasting a.m. BS = 128; weight 178 It was a sedentary day, very little action at the library today, mostly desk work. Carried a couple of heavy boxes - not even enough to count as activity. Mostly drank my meals today. I need to figure out how to consume more fat today to balance out my protein smoothie for breakfast. I would drink some bouillon with coconut oil, but I'm out of bouillon. Think I'll enjoy some olives! And lunch meat. That helped, but also sent the calories up more! BS was down to 118 when I came home from work this evening. Totals: 1404 cals.; 73/10/17 macros; net carbs 9.70
