FK! Today I derailed off my diet like WHOA. I'm pretty sure I've eaten 600 calories of pure SHIT. no literally, of course. But geez, this is horrible. I didn't even go out today. I promised myself I would stay inside and study, which is worse because 1. I didn't get any sun and 2, I lost out on my mandatory 2 mile walk to get to class and back. FK me. seriously. I tried doing a pathetic workout on the ball, but I'm not focused enough. I just want to be skinnyyyy ughhh. I have to work harder... just like everything else.
