Not too bad, a .6 gain... a lot of stress with career and kids, family stuff but mostly it’s under control. I’m looking at changing to oncology over the next few weeks, my dream job. I have to remember: my patients need me to be healthy for them. My son is signing up for football, he’s elated. We’re all getting geared up for Summer. Meal plan: 30g protein per meal, 3X day. Total calories not to exceed 1100, lowering the amount for a trial. Been hovering around this 168/170 weight for a couple weeks, need a kick in the pants. Would like to return to the YMCA, run on my treadmill. Goal for this week: recommit to cardio. God bless this mess and all of you wonderful people ❤️
