I have been yoyo-ing between 68 and 72 kg for the last 90 days. Back to strict keto; weighing my food, taking before pictures and taking measurements. I seem to be getting in my own way at weekends, baking muffins, eating the kids stash(biscuits, sweets, crisps) and having lots of bread. Here is to the next 90 days being strict keto and losing and hitting my goal weight for real this time!
