Thats okay... lots of reasons for that! Just keep up the good work and don't get discouraged. My scale has only moved down 0.2 pounds since December 15th. Medications and christmas, I have been eating so good too. I know that the scale will soon show a loss! I can just feel it! Your scale will too!
