just returned from a week long work trip. i did not track but tried to make healthy choices while away. i was doing a lot of walking (NYC) and tried to make healthy choices as much as possible although i did eat a lot more carbs and had a few sweets and french fries once (shared with a friend). overall, i feel good. i maintained my pre-trip weight and am glad the extra walking made up for eating higher in calories. i will get back to tracking this week. in two weeks i have a 26 day vacation - i am going to aim for the same - enjoy myself but make healthy choices when available. :)
