My lowest so far (since this diet). Yayeee! I came home yesterday, had some shrimp and gardened for the entire evening. I'm hoping to be able to come home and garden all night tonight, too. Great exercise. I'm not on my computer much, though! I'm going to try to catch up again this weekend with all of my buddies!
