If the scale ⚖️ is being stubborn it could be another issue like lack of sleep/hydration stalling your forward progress. Other factors include hormones, stress, and inflammation in the body are all things that can plateau progress whenever you are doing everything correctly otherwise. Good luck 🍀. Keep at it!
