133 hours fasting. last night was brutal. my cycle has really disrupted some things. I didn't experience true hunger but my god I was hungry AF. I tried to quit several times but i didn't have anything to eat that I could break my fast with. I ended up taking lemon juice and acv a couple of times to shut my stomach up. I swear the amount of effort it takes to stay on track is obscene. I really want to quit. But every time I wake up, the scale moves in the right direction and that is the only thing matters. Halth of course matters and I will stop at the moment I feel something is wrong. Meditation helped tremendously. that is how I calmed my brain and went to sleep. Hopefully today will be better. I am starting to question if it is worth it. that scale keeps moving though! I'm about see 250 for the first time in years!!!!!!
