Annoyed that I went over my calories yesterday and today. I'm trying not to stress myself out, but journal honestly, watch my trends and learn. Over the last two weeks my carbs have been higher than I'd like, but I feel more satisfied and do better staying on track. I don't exercise at all at this point, as I really want to start of by just focusing on what I eat. As soon as I get a handle on that, I'll get my butt moving.
Trying hard not get discouraged and celebrate what I do get right.
Hopeful, but not optimistic for my weigh in this week.
