This has been a weekend full of food!!! Next weekend will be the same so hitting below that 100kg mark is going to take a while.
My plan for this week is to keep my fast days as Mon, Wed and Fri as well as limit my Tuesday and Thursday to about 1800 calories as well as make them low carb days. Hopefully I can get 3 to 4 gym sessions during the week as well.
I will take note of my unofficial weight on Monday morning and record my official weight on Saturday morning.
