I will try to catch up on many of the posts this weekend. My usual am and evening times have been non-existent this week. Not a lot of exercise though lots of steps for weekdays. Simply run out of time and some days energy. Heading to bed tonight early.
I've kept eating pretty well except one meal so am feeling good for the week. Also trying some different teas. I love hot herbal teas when the weather is cold.
