Today's Fast Day(No-food-fasting) has been somewhat challenging compared to all my previous Fast Days. I never felt hunger pangs previously but this evening I am feeling hungry.
My plan is to push myself through it because I know I can but I'm curious as to why I feel the hunger today. I ate alot of food yesterday so I can't be starving from eating too little between my Fast Days. The only thing I did different yesterday was that I changed my gym technique so that I would fire up my metabolism for longer and continue fat burning for hours after leaving the gym. I must admit that it was much higher intensity than previously so perhaps that could be why I'm feeling the hunger today.
I could just have some protein/fat to satisfy the hunger but I decided to stick it out and eat tomorrow. Its already 5:30pm so I can get to sleep in 5 hours time and wake up tomorrow and have a nice breakfast since its the weekend :D
I'm looking forward to my new technique of gyming next week. It might just assist in my rate of fat loss :D
