End of 3rd day eating "reg" food. Still feeling overwhelmed at how to make the best selection. Seems difficult to get the protein I need while keeping the carbs down? I spent over an hour trying to find a sample menu for low carb, high protein. No luck at all.

There are sample low carb menu's all over the web. You can go on the Atkins site for some too. Your local library probably has a number of low carb books with sample menu's. There are also lot's of low carb sites with reicpes to switch things up.

Thanks, I check out the library. I'm a bibliophile and love the feel of a book in my hands
