Update: Ate a super nice late lunch at John Elway's place in the Denver Airport. Had a scotch on the rocks, a massive burger, a cup of cole slaw, a glass of pinot noir, and a giant piece of chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. Then grabbed 25 Jordan Almonds at the gate before we left. Did 2386 calories on our last vacation day and burned 2701. Tomorrow begins the 1400-1500 per day regimen to knock out the vacation pounds.
