So... after our Sunday meal I didn't gain any weight, I didn't lose any but that's hardly to be expected. Especially since I usually stop eating around 6 and we didn't even start eating until like quarter past 7. Also I did literally no exercise yesterday, I was sat at my desk all day trying to crank out this dissertation. Deadline is today so tomorrow I will be a happy camper. But then I'll remember I have a lab report to write... Oh well. Today I'm going to go for a run after I've submitted my dissertation, so I can utilise the adrenaline :P hopefully a loss tomorrow.
