I'm now eating alot more vegies, which at least psychologically makes me feel better. A little sauteed vegies, and a bit of protein thrown in is just an easy dinner. Bill will eat anything I lay before him so that helps. I got a book out of the library filled with delicious curry recipes. Surprisingly, where regular milk has a lot of carbs, coconut milk does not.
I did take a 30 walk yesterday also even though it was my day off and want to do the same today to find some things for Bill's birthday. He has said NO desserts so I don't have to jump that hurdle. I'll let you know later what we did. His suprise.
Thanks for supporting me guys! I love you!

Great job. Remember that SB is more about the glycemic index than net carbs so make sure its light coconut milk. Way to go on learning what's working for you and paying attention to your nutrition. You're doing so awesome! YEAH for you!

Okay, I can see you! This is my first time digging around into your and Ame's journals. So yes, I can see it. And good job on the pounds lost, we are closer to our goals. Lemme do some math and I'll post it on the group site. Love, KMC
