I've really fallen off the wagon. I think if I have been working out for these last 92 days I would be easily down 10-30 lbs. But I can' really look back. My bedroom as been so dirty and that prevented me from doing one of workout tapes. This an excuse. I cleaned up my room so that's not an excuse anymore. I'm going to get off ass, because I don't want a 90 days to go by and wonder why I'm still heavy.
