Hi everyone
I have been a member for a while but not serious. Aug 20 is the day my life is starting over.
As of today I have lost 7 lbs on Atkins. I have kicked off with a lot of exercise. I am up to walking at exercise speed to 7 miles a day.
Enjoy the site and look forward to reading from you all.

Congrats on the weight loss. I've lost 54 lbs on Atkins. Be sure to move through all the phases. Some people think that Induction is all there is to Atkins and end up failing. The Atkins website has a lot of information to be successful as does The New Atkins for New You book.
