If you are watching your caloric intake for your diet do you need to change it once you have started to lose weight and if so where on this website can you find the tools to do it?

Go to "enter food" and then click on the grid of the rdi on the bottom of the page. It will give you the option to either change your RDI using their tool or enter your own.
