massively dejected.

The past 2 weeks I've only lost 1 pound. 1 measly little pound! i'm feeling like...all this effort and no effect why am I bothering? what am I doing wrong. I exercise every day I'm eating a normal amount. what could I do to do better?

A lot of times when you aren't losing weight, you ARE losing fat - try measuring your hips, waist and bust for changes that may be more encouraging for you. Also: Be Patient! You've had steady loss the for a while now, just keep going and you will see continued, steady, healthly weight changes!

Are you accurately logging all the food that you eat?

The first thing that jumps out on me when looking at your food journal is how low your daily calories are. Most of your days are in the 800-900 range.

If that truly represents how many calories you're eating each day, it is possible that your body is going into starvation mode?

Someone else could probably go into the scientific explanation better than me, but in a nutshell too few calories could slow down your metabolism.

Why are you dejected? 1-2 lbs per week is a perfectly fine rate of loss.

what are you eating exactly?
Sometimes even if you work out hard but haven't changed your diet you wont see much results. Trust me I had to learn the hard way haha

So I changed my diet, I burn off 400-500 cal 5 times a week and eat a max of 1100-1300 cal a day. I'm suppose to eat 1500-1800 but I will not do that.

It takes time and patience, I know you can hit your goal! Don't give up =D

Try more protein, more fat, less carbs.
Pain is a by-product of a good time.
