I live in Wigan just found some good sausages from ASDA Debbie Andrews Harrogate 97% Pork sausage only 2.2 carbs per sausage .No im not on induction keeping my carbs down to 70 a day mostly fruit and veg .Just come back to dieting after putting on 3 stone Atkins is the only diet that works for me lost 4 stones when i was on it a 6 years ago but got way laid a bit and put on weight

Sainsburys also do 97% taste the difference sausages. Off the top of my head, as I dont have any in now, they are roughly around 1.6 per 2 sausages.

stopped tracking years ago...........it doesnt have to be forever
I stay pretty steady since being on maintenance for a number of years. I tend to track occasionally just as check up on myself.

Ah, you deleted that comment. Anyway, I never claimed it was simple. I've struggled for 18 years with it. I think I finally have it down. :)

Here is an account of it https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2018/11/181128115045.htm That is pretty astounding if correct. So will this lead to more correct advice by those in charge. Probably not
