I'd avoid them the first two weeks. After that, test it out as a "new food" because many people stall when eating them. They will be a great maintenance food for me!

Not in the 1st two weeks; but you can test them thereafter. Some people stall when they add them. You need to watch them bc they are high in calories. Even though on Atkins you don't really "count calories", you won't lose weight if you have too many cals. My husband and I have been reserving them for when we are in snacky social situations, like watching a game or going to the movies with friends. HTH!
