How may different excersice methods could a person successly be a part of?

I am trying to encourage my girls and my mother to workout with me. My girls enjoys kickboxing, so we decided to do this once a week. My mom enjoys yoga, Ive never did yoga before. And I love swimming. Does anyone thinks its impossible to be able to do these three workouts weekly? Ive done it for a week and I felt great. Im not sure if its too much.

...I broke the 200 lb barrier and am back in the hundreds. I lost 25 lbs since last August, sidetracked a bit by pandemic pounds, and hope to do the same for next August.
