I think the morning weight is the most consistent weight. I think you lose moisture during the night with sweating and urine producion and regain it during the day as you eat and drink.
DISCLAIMER: I expect to lose this weight over the next 6 months to 5 years. I'm not going to feel like a failure if it takes an entire month to lose 1 pound. I'm going to feel like a success when that happens! I may offer advice that I'm currently not taking myself. Feel free to call me on that!

What Sooki said. I wake up, go to the rest room, then weigh in. I do it before I eat or drink anything, and I do it fully undressed. I feel this gives me the most consistent, realistic weight.

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

yep morning after you empty your bladder is the best way. If you do at any other time, hydration and what you eat can make your weight fluctuate by as much as 6-7 lbs!! After a good night of sleeping, your body has metabolized most of the food you ate the day before and has not had anything added to it, so your true weight is best measured right after you wake!

I agree with kingkeld...and ollie809...
I fluxuctuate 5-8 lbs during the day, but the morning to morning will vary only from 0-1 lb usually. Have lost 20lbs. from July to Jan 1st.

How do you get those LOSS METERS????

Morning. After BM if possible. I useed to not eat or drink anything before, but since I always use a 16 oz cup for my java, I just take that off if I weigh after I drink it. Hey man 16 oz is a pound.
I agree with the others. By the afternoon I can be looking at anywhere from 4-6 lbs different. Food, water, etc.
Do it now...tommorrow never comes!
