I feel much more comfortable weighin in weekly than daily. When I use to weigh in daily I ended up sabatoging my diet with every emotional gain. Once I stuck to weighing in weekly I saw constant losses, as long as I was reasonable with my diet and workouts. If you are anything like me I strongly recommend weighing in no more than once a week. Good luck.

I know it's really hard to stop weighing yourself every day but It's best if you only do it once a week. When you do weight yourself, make sure it's at the same time you did the last time. Your more likely to weight more in the evenings than when you wake up in the morning. Weighing yourself only once a week also helps figure out what you can do diferently to help your nutritional and physical habits.

I find that I actually tend to weigh less in the evening. But I think, for me, it is because I am breastfeeding, and my milk supply is lower in the evening. Sometimes I find there's almost a 1 pound difference!

And yes, that means I sometimes weigh myself twice a day, but that is because I am still trying to figure out when to get the best read of my weight with as little "milk weight" as possible.
