I think some of it is pretty intense but it depends on your fitness level. There are several different workouts in the program, most being high intensity cardio. I can only work half as hard as the people in the video but it's still a great workout. Have you ever done Turbo Jam? It's like that but way kicked up.

I've never done any of those beach body workouts- never want to spend the money and a, wary of infomercial products. I do pretty high intensity workouts so sounds like it might be worth trying, especially if I can pick it up used. I always appreciate more at-home workout options.

I'm sure if you ladies look for a local Beachbody fit group, you will love it. I am a Beachbody Coach, and my team holds local fit groups. A fit group is where we get together and workout to a Beachbody fitness program for FREE. All you have to do to search for one of these groups is to go to teambeachbody.com and there is a search tool on the right side of the screen. Type in your zip code and it will pull some up. I bought INSANITY in March 2010 and lost 35 pounds by June 2010. I have since completed other programs and signed on as a Coach. They are good programs and they reach every fitness level. Smile

I can understand being wary of infomercial products but you have nothing to worry about with Beachbody. I'm not just saying it because I'm a Team Beachbody coach. I do believe in their programs. Just research reviews. I got Turbo Jam several years ago, never had a customer service or billing problem. I just got ChaLEAN Extreme and Turbo Jam a couple months ago with no problem People love the programs so they must be doing something right. Smile

I just started ChaLEAN Extreme today. I think I'm going to die. Fuuuuuuuuhhhh.... someone please tell me it gets easier? I felt like I was going to throw up! I didn't though, haha. Extreme is right. Glad my friend convinced me to start with this instead of P90X. I'm motivated to do this and stick with it. I don't feel very good at the moment but my body is just like "WTF ARE YOU DOING TO ME?!?!" Stupid body.

I've done ChaLean Extreme 2 times and I've never been stronger or more muscular in my life. Amazing program! Just started P90X (I did it for 4 weeks way prior to Chalean) and I KNOW I will stick with P90X this time because of how strong I got with Chalean extreme.
