This site has an option for recipes - go to "cookbook" and enter your ingredients. It will tell you the nutrition info per serving according to how many servings you say the recipe has. I don't submit my recipes to the website, I just keep them for my own use. I've heard that if you submit them sometimes they don't get approved for a while, which prevents you from getting into the recipe and editing stuff (which I do a lot!).

I usually just input the information by individual item - at a meal that has nothing else charted. Then it adds it up for the meal totals. I usually write it down and then add it as a homemade item - when you are in the meal logs there is a link on the right that will allow you to enter your own information.

That's what I do too. I have this homemade spaghetti sauce I make in the slow cooker and so I put all the ingredients in the "cookbook" and then I measure it out into individual servings when it's done and then put the # of servings the recipe makes. THEN whenever you make that dish, just click on your cookbook, scroll down to that recipe, and you can click on "add this to food diary" and you're good to go!!!

It's one of my favorite features about this site!!!
