calorie intake

Hi, everyone please help I have been all over the tool box...When I first started I was on'my own diet' then I adopted the hcG phases diet This meant a change in calorie intake but I cant seem to change it from 975 to 500 Please Help!Confused

Well, the only thing I can think of is, when you go to the grocery store, try looking at the nutrition facts and obviously choose the ones with the lowest calorie count.

Whenever you get hungry, eat fruits and salads, watch the dips and sauce! And of course, after that, you need to be able to burn off everything you ate and/or burn off more so you land a deficit in your calories. Looking at your D. calendar, looks like you're doing well!! Increase protein and lessen carbs. Most berries have little carbs in them and are awesome antioxidants. Darkest greens in veggies are also low on carbs.

That's all I can think of. That's also what I am doing. Well, trying to do since my kids get the "nam-nams" before I do hahaha

Whoooops!!!! Just re-read your question!!! Are you referring to your RDI? hahahaha maw-baaad!!!!!

Go to the page where you enter your daily food. At the bottom there is a link That says set your Recomended Daily Intake.

Can I record Reps vs Time?
