Hey, this is my first time on this website. I am motivated to loose weight and get fit. Today I worked out seriously for the first time sense I got out of the army. Since I got out I manged to put on almost 80 lbs in a year. Now I am fighting to get back into shape. I hope to get all of the way back down to 230 by the end of the year. I look forward to doing the 10 in 8 and 20 in 30 plans over the next month to start myself off right. I look forward to getting to know anyone on this website, and would appreciate any support offered as well. Take care all
