I just joined a few days ago and so love reading what others post (journal or open posts) and while I don't always have a comment to add I wish there was a "Like" button so that we could leave an indication of encouragement.

In describing this site and the advantages to my daughter, I told her it was similar to Facebook in that you can add buddies and see their posts and progress. And that the more involved you are with the site the more it will help you stay focused and ontrack. The interaction here is great and I'm so happy to be a part of it.

Only by being completely honest about what you eat can you hold myself accountable. So before you eat that, ask yourself, do I really want that showing up on my food journal?

You aren't the first person to wish there was a Like button! There are a few other things I would change if I could, but I kind of like have a free site so I will deal. We must adapt to our environment to succeed! In the words of the infamous Tim Gunn: "Make it work!"

Yes, I'm amazed that such a terrific site is still free and Tim Gunn is oh so right.
